Nutty Bruce Festive Eggnog Recipe Vegan The perfect (and easiest) plant-based tipple this Christmas!

Ingredients:

1l Nutty Bruce coconut milk
2 Handfuls of cashews
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp of maple syrup
Big pinch of cinnamon
Splash of brandy (optional)
Pinch of nutmeg to finish

Method:

Blend ingredients and serve with a pinch of nutmeg on top: simple!
