A Taste of Islay with the Botanist at Sager + Wilde
Sager + Wilde are joining forces with Islay’s only Gin, The Botanist to celebrate London Cocktail Week. Sager + Wilde Head Chef, Chris Leach and mixologist, Marcis Dzelzainis, have created a unique drinking and dining experience inspired by the wilds of this island off Scotland’s West Coast.
From 3rd to 6th October you will be able to feast on dishes of wild and seasonal ingredients found on the Hebridean island paired with innovative cocktails made with the Botanists dry gin. The Gin itself takes its flavour from herbs and flowers foraged on Islay and combined with more typical gin botanicals.
Spaces are limited and tickets are £45 – where you get to sample the taste of Islay’s landscape of hills, coasts and bogs in the comfort of Sager + Wilde in Bethnal Green.
