ALL STAR CHEF LINE-UP ANNOUNCED FOR PUB IN THE PARK – MAKING IT THE BIGGEST AND BEST FOOD EVENT TO HIT WEST LONDON
The biggest foodie event of the year is coming to Chiswick! Pub in the Park will be taking over Chiswick House and Gardens on 2nd – 4th September, with a whole host of superstar chef talent set to whet your appetite.
From some of the biggest names in cooking to awesome local talent, the line-up of 20 incredible chefs is not one to miss. Making the line-up even tastier is amazing singer-songwriter and phenomenal cook – queen of the disco Sophie Ellis-Bextor and her husband, The Feeling’s Richard Jones! Sophie and Richard will be spinning around the Chef Demo Stage,cooking up some of their most loved recipes from theirnew cook book Love. Food. Family: Recipes from the Kitchen Disco. Sophie and Richard will also be meeting and greeting fans as they sign copies of the bestseller book. If that wasn’t enough, the three day festival will be hosted by the legendary Michelin-starred chef Tom Kerridge and celebrity chef and presenter of BBC’s Saturday Kitchen Matt Tebbutt, who will be entertaining foodie fans on the Lazy Sunday session.
The excitement doesn’t end there…as well as the all-star chef line up already revealed for the anticipated event, a whole host of standout talent had just been announced! Joining Tom Kerridge, Matt Tebbutt, king of Indian cuisine Atul Kochhar, iconic Michelin-starred chef Andrew Pern, acclaimed Indian chef and authorMaunika Gowardhan, co-founder and Creative Director of Sri Lanka and South Indian inspires Hoppers Karan Gokani and more as they cook up a storm on the Miele Chef Demo Stage will be up and coming chef and face of M&S Food’s Chris Baber, award winning chef and food consultant Nitisha Patel, winner of Channel 4’s The Great Cookbook Challenge Dominique Woolfand the fabulous connoisseur of all things cocktails, Andy Clarke!
Bringing the heat from its debut at the sell-out Chiswick show last summer, The Firepit will be the one-stop shop for sizzling cooking sessions. Hosted by the coolest chef around Adam Purnell AKA Shropshire Lad and featuring top notch already announced talent such as Tom Kerridge, British-Afghan BBQ sensation Josh Moroney and Mursal Saiq from local Chiswick delight Cue Point and Ben Tish, awesome chef of Cubitt House, The Firepit will see even more stellar chefs added to the line-up such as trailblazing barbecue cook Christian Stevenson AKA DJ BBQ, phenomenal Vietnamese chef Thuy Pham, an expert masterclass in all thing pizza by Love Logs, an impressive vegan burger masterclass by local cookery school Kitchen Joy plus more all cooking live on open flame.
Visitors will be able to get up close and personal with their favourite chefs during booking singing session throughout the weekend with Sophie Ellis-Bextor & Richard Jones, Tom Kerridge, Matt Tebbutt, Atul Kochhar, Chris Baber, Ben Tish, Dominique Woolfand more.
