Embrace the iconic taste of Italy in the Madison al fresco setting, with choices that range from the classic bittersweet Aperol Spritz, through to limited-edition inspired creations from Madison. A cold Aperol Spritz is the perfect accompaniment whilst relaxing in the sunshine on the iconic Madison rooftop.
To celebrate the new partnership for the summer months, Madison has been transformed into an Ibiza-themed paradise with an influx of plants, palms, and touches of boho chic furnishing.
This brand new, limited-edition cocktail menu has something for everyone to enjoy whilst they soak in the sun and view the Capital’s skyline.
Alongside the ever-popular Aperol Spritz, this new menu delivers Madison creations on fan favourite cocktails for those that want to experiment:

Aperol Spritz – refreshing, bittersweet, and perfectly mixed with Aperol, Prosecco, and soda water, garnished with a slice of orange.

Aperum – a zesty mix of Aperol, Appleton Estate 12-Year-Old, Supasawa, ginger beer and mint.

Pinaperol Colada – reinventing a classic with Aperol, Koko Kanu, Wray & Nephew, Coco Lopez and pineapple juice.

Ginger Lady Spritz – swap your herbal tea for Madison’s Aperol, Aloe Vera juice, Prosecco, ginger and lemongrass cordial, plus crystal ginger cocktail.

Exotic Negroni – for those with more bitter taste buds, try this irresistible mix of Campari, Mezcal, Pussanga Liqueur and Vermouth.
Starting to get peckish? No problem; the Madison menu is full of delicious bar snacks including Iberico Ham Croquettes served with saffron aioli and Falafel accompanied by apricot harissa and preserved lemon coconut yogurt. Those with a larger appetite can follow cocktails with a full meal, starting with the Smoked Tofu Poke Salad Bowl served with avocado, edamame, mango, ponzu, almonds and sesame, and for the main event the Madison signature Lobster Linguine with tuscan cream sauce, chili and parsley. An unmissable combination.
