BURNS NIGHT WITH BISTRO UNION
Burns Night is just around the corner, and the Bistro Union team are excited to host an evening celebrating all things Scottish–namely the beloved poet Robert Burns as they have designed their very own food poetry in the form of a three course set menu.
Guests will start with a choice of whisky cured salmon or a warming soup, followed by Bistro Union’s own culinary ‘Address to a Haggis’ where the traditional dish will be paired with clapshot mash, Scottish whisky and mustard. It doesn’t stop there though; a delicious dessert of wild winter berry cranachan will finish the feast. It wouldn’t be truly Burns Night without a wee dram to end your evening, so choose from three warming Scotch whiskies to see you home. All for only £32, this is a bonny Burns Night that you won’t forget.
Held on Monday, 25th January, Burns-Enthusiasts are advised to book early, as space is limited.
WILDS DO BURNS NIGHT
WILDS, a new catering company launched by a Michelin Pub of the Year, Greyhound on the Test, are holding an outdoors riverside supper to commemorate Burns Night. This event will showcase the best of the countryside, house a themed menu served with the warmest hospitality, and will be aptly named “WILDS in the wild”. Be prepared for a multi-sensory and authentic experience for just £35.

Guests are encouraged to don their finest tartan attire for a sophisticated evening of whisky cocktails, ceilidh dancing and banqueting in the beautiful Clerkenwell setting.
A welcome reception will take place in the stunning cocktail bar complete with a traditional Burns night piper before moving into the decadently clad Greenhouse and Garden Room for an indulgent five course Scottish supper created by Executive Chef Adam Gray.
