Graces London x Hightimes Yoga

If you’ve not yet had the chance to experience the wonders of London’s latest wellness hype, CBD, then we suggest you come along to the Truman Brewery this Saturday 20th July, where you can experience it in all its glory. Luxury CBD and wellness brand Graces London have teamed up with High Times Yoga to offer an afternoon of all things CBD and Kundalini Yoga, where founder of Graces London Shiona Redmond and Jayne Ellis, founder of High Times Yoga, will offer a three-hour #beautyrunsdeep experience starting with a talk and Q&A, followed by Kundalini Yoga, Meditation and an Alchemy Crystal Sound Bath.

Attendees will be given the opportunity to experiment with CBD and its many benefits, which have said to include stress and anxiety reduction and balance in the body. Complimented by a Kundalini yoga session to activate the body’s energy whilst rebalancing, relaxing and restoring the entire system, the afternoon will leave you feeling refreshed and ready to boss the following work week.

SCHEDULE

14:00 – The afternoon will begin with a CBD herbal drink and a talk from Shiona Redmond & Jayne Ellis. Sit back and relax whilst Shiona and Jayne take you on a Journey of ancient & herbal practices and how these can be incorporated into your daily lifestyle. Followed by a Q&A.

14:45 – You will be invited to try a CBD aromatherapy oil. When applied to the pressure points located on your wrist, the CBD ignites cannabinoid receptors on the skin which reduces skin inflammation and promotes optimum balance in your body’s system.

15:00 – A Kundalini yoga set and meditation to expand radiance and increase your magnetic field of attraction. At 16:30 – You will be treated to a powerful Alchemy Crystal Bowl sound bath. Our bodies are crystalline in structure, so the crystal bowls bring our systems into balance and harmony – this will be a truly blissful end to the session.
