Hankies – Street food delivered to your door

All Images taken during this photoshoot were by Lewis Jackson on behalf of Moment Hunter Digital

If the temporary closure of restaurants and cafes has had you reaching for your hankie…you would be pleased to know that some of your favourite establishments are reopening for takeaway and delivery service.

This includes the beloved Hankies tapas style Indian street food restaurant. They have set up a temporary shop to enable us to savour all their signature dishes from lamb chops marinated in Kashmiri chillies, griddled sea bass with coriander stem, chilli & garlic to their succulent butter chicken. Their flavours and spices will have your mouth rather than your eyes watering; so instead of mopping away your tears, mop up the tantalizing sauces with their specialty ‘handkerchief’ Roomali Roti.

The lockdown has brought together some inspiring and creative collaborations, Chef Ani Arora has teamed up with Chef Gareth Drew (Nobu, Gilagamesh) to include an array of Pan Asian delights on the menu such as beef rendang and Thai green curry. It’s time to spice up your lockdown! Open daily from 12pm to 10.15pm. For every order received, a meal will be donated to support our amazing NHS and other front-line workers in the local area.

Collections will receive a 10% discount. Order via email or phone, minimum order for delivery is £50 (Delivery within a three-mile radius is £5.99 or £25 within the M25). Now available on Deliveroo.
