Before I start this review… I have a confession to make. I’ve never seen Netflix’s hit show “Money Heist” but when I was invited to attend the experience which takes place in London’s Arts District… I jumped at the chance.

Fans of Netflix’s hit show Money Heist, also known as La Casa de Papel, become a part of the iconic gang and test their skills in planning a robbery, evading security, cracking codes and making a successful getaway with the gold in Money Heist: The Experience, located at 79-85 Old Brompton Road, London SW7 3LD.

The fully immersive experience is located on Old Brompton Road in a historic building which was once home to some of the world’s most desirable and expensive art and furnishings, as the former Christie’s auction house – a fitting location for a group of thieves!

Participants will be recruited into the notorious gang by Lisboa and The Professor. The brand new story inspired by the hit series will be an immersive, experiential heist in London where participants will have their nerves tested as they attempt to follow The Professor’s latest daring plan and break into the iconic landmark site. Ultimately, guests will find out if they have what it takes to infiltrate the vault and earn a spot in the gang.

Arriving for the press night we waited in the “auction house waiting room” for all the action to begin. I don’t want to spoil the whole experience so won’t go into too much detail but after a leisurely look at some lovely art pieces the action really kicks off.

You’re thrown deep into the heist with guns blazing. It was pretty scary to be honest even though you know it’s not real! That’s how good the actors were.

After much running around, screaming and laughing, we managed to pull of the heist of our life time and get the gold.

It was an amazing experience and it’s a shame it ends on 6th March. I definitely would have gone again.

After the show ends, there’s plenty of photo opportunities and a fully stocked bar with delicious Havana Club cocktails to enjoy.

Time is running out so book now!
