STRONG WOMEN 4 STRONG WOMEN LAUNCH CHARITY BOOTCAMPS
Making a stand to support women worldwide, newly launched initiative ‘Strong Women 4 Strong Women’ is calling on London’s finest females to help get girls in Uganda back to school. Teaming up with ACE (Aiding Conservation through Education), a small but mighty charity which dedicates their time to helping rural schools in Uganda, they will be hosting five outdoor bootcamps led by influential PT’s, including Brit Williams, Franklyn Morris, Rachel Avalla, Debora Zangobbo and Domenico and Katia on the 10th of June. 100% of the profits from these 60 minute classes will be donated to the charity, calling on ladies of London to work up a sweat for a good cause. The Bootcamps offer an hour’s HIIT class taught by some of the best in the business, followed by expert tips from the fitness gurus themselves. For just £10 you can do an incredibly good deed whilst receiving a killer guided workout, knowing that you are supporting strong woman on the other side of the world. Believing that ‘working out’ is something that we can all do to improve our mental health as well as physical; the initiative aims to use fitness as a core tool to pass on strength to support the females who need it most.
Tickets are now available from www.strongwomen4strongwomen.com
