The Pickled Fork Supperclub
Aussies always know how to have a good par-tay, but who knew they had great food?
Fresh from a stint with @backdoorkitchen’s edible expats, The Pickled Fork are bringing a new supperclub dining experience to London. Think minimum fuss, maximum flavour!
Our last adventure with the Pickled Fork crew saw us tucking into a hearty communal kangaroo pie, this time Alex is refining the menu but without burning a hole in your pocket and with no compromise on flavour. Expect to see the likes of Heritage Tomato Cured Hake, Cherry Roasted Pork Belly and Beetroot & Carob Parfait teamed with the likes of redcurrent salads and pickled cherries to set your tastebuds tingling!
Alex has previously working in Devon, the French Alps and Cornwall’s foodie delight Watergate Bay Alex then hit the big smoke and found himself working for a private catering company cooking for the likes of the Royal family, celebrities such as Gweneth Paltrow, Ricky Gervais, Chris Martin and Barack Obama to name a few. He has now decided he wants to share and make the most of his creative cooking style with the London foodies, meeting and greeting as many like minded people as humanly possible!!
