You know that old Tartan scarf your mum has in the back of her wardrobe? Yeah, the one you made her swear never to touch again… get it out and make it your own.

Tartan is coming back with a serious bang in all different styles and colours. The print is versatile and edgy in all the right ways; you can’t fault a tartan print jacket with leather panelled shoulders can you? CAN YOU? After taking a look at the Primark Autumn/Winter ’13 collection, I know I’ll be making my way to my local Primark and buy up the shop.

Why not treat yourself to a black and white tartan print dress or a simple traditional tartan scarf to wear on top of the winter coat, surely we’ll be wearing this by early September (never trust British weather), I hear Urban Outfitters has a beautiful selection to choose from.
