BLOCKHEAD puts on free January fitness and wellness pop-up for Londoners

Energy chewing gum brand BLOCKHEAD are hosting a series of free activities in London to help you kick-start your year in the right way.

The BLOCKHEAD Basecamp will include a variety of events including, guided runs, HIIT work outs, neon life drawing classes, guest speakers and Lego for grown-ups, so whatever your new year’s resolution you’ll be sure to find something inspirational.

The events will take place in Liverpool Street and Aldgate East at 82A Commercial Street, BLOCKHEAD Basecamp will run from 17th January until 20th January.
