KNOOPS CREATES WONKA-INSPIRED DRINK TO CELEBRATE THE UPCOMING WARNER BROS. CHRISTMAS SPECTACLE, WONKA
Knoops (www.knoops.co.uk), the British brand revolutionising chocolate drinks with its unique and completely customisable chocolate percentage menu, has created a Wonka-inspired drink to celebrate the release of the highly anticipated film, which tells the wondrous story of how the world’s greatest inventor, magician and chocolate-maker became the beloved Willy Wonka we know today.
On 20th November, Knoops will launch the delectable limited-edition drink, ‘Winter Warmer’, in stores nationwide, featuring 34% Milk hot chocolate topped with whipped cream, chocolate-covered popping candy and a chocolate plaque, for a suitably whimsical taste adventure, inspired by the film. The brand will also be transforming its New Row, Covent Garden store using impactful displays, in celebration of the film. To further grow awareness, a Knoops hot chocolate van will also be housed at The Ice Rink at Westfield London, located on Westfield Square, where guests can purchase the ‘Winter Warmer’ special edition hot chocolate, to enjoy on the viewing platform next to the ice rink from 10th November – 7th January.
The co-branded cup (available from 20th November) in which the ‘Winter Warmer’ is served, will feature an on-pack promotion in the form of a QR code, which will take consumers to a landing page to enter a competition to win a night in a hotel in London for four, complete with a Charlie & the Chocolate Factory themed afternoon tea, travel allowance and official merchandise bundles.
