LONDON CABARET CLUB’S HATS, HEELS AND HORSES REVIEW.

On Thursday 9th May, ONIN.LONDON were lucky enough to be invited to the launch of The London Cabaret Club new production ‘Hats, Heels and Horses’ at the stunning iconic Bloomsbury Ballroom. The immersive cabaret show takes guests on a journey to a majestic and quintessentially British summer time, paying tribute to England’s rich cultural heritage with an all singing and all dancing extravaganza.

We were treated to a lovely champagne reception which was soundtracked by the talent Vogue Williams. Mingling with celebs such as Nadia Essex and Vanessa Feltz (to name a few) was a pretty spectacular way of starting off the evening. Especially while drinking champagne and cocktails. Make sure you try some of the fabulous London Cabaret Club themed cocktails before you see the show… they’re divine.

After the champagne reception finished, we were taken into the impressive ballroom and shown our seats. Lucky enough to be close to the stage, we had a fabulous view of the entire permanence while we enjoyed our dinner.

We were promised enchanting performances from dynamic dancers and impressive ballroom compositions to rival the stars of Strictly Come Dancing, spectacular aerialists and live music. And… that’s what we got! The show was absolutely fantastic and I can’t rave enough about it. No surprise though, when the choreography was curated by dance professional, Doni Fierro. He’s performed at The Royal Opera House and in the Moulin Rouge in Paris. Award-winning choreographers Gaz Davies, Naz Chodhury and Richard Marcel, resident choreographer for Strictly Come Dancing for over 10 years also had a hand in bringing the magic to the stage.

Whilst enjoying this spectacular show, we were were treated to a three course dinner consisting of a delightful vegetarian puff pastry tart, amazing sea bream and a cheesecake so delicious I nearly licked my plate clean. Definitely upgrade your ticket to include the food and drinks package. It’s totally worth it. You’ll be sure to get serious food envy if you don’t.
