Oliveology, lead producers of authentic Greek products, will be hosting their Vegetarian Christmas Dinner cooking workshop on Saturday 1st December at The Cookhouse, Borough Market.
Hosted by trained chef and anthropologist Lida Papamatthaiaki who has put together the full menu herself, you will learn how to create festive foods that will please a crowd, how to make delicious desserts and how to pair ingredients to wow your guests at the dinner table this Christmas Day.
The ticket, which costs £65.00 per person for three hours, includes an array of seasonal recipes that you will learn to cook, and a 10% discount voucher for Oliveology products.
You can choose from two slots during the day – in the morning 10am-1pm or in the afternoon 2pm-5pm. At the end of the day, everyone will sit down and share what has been cooked. It’s a great way to learn to cook new and exciting dishes, or a fantastic Christmas present for a friend or loved one.
Lida Papamatthaiaki focuses on food and senses, and has worked in professional kitchens in both Greece and London. Lida is also a regular speaker and chef at global food conferences and culinary seminars, and she has been writing and developing recipes for Oliveology for the past five years. Lida has also worked in refugee kitchens in Greece.
