Slingsby Gin Cocktails

Sunny and warmer days have finally arrived and with that means more lazy summer evenings spent with friends in the garden, unwinding with a cocktail or two.

Slingsby Gin have put together a collection of cocktail recipes for you to surprise and delight your guests with. So grab yourself a bottle of Slinsby, gather up some ingredients, roll up your sleeves and channel your inner mixologist.

Rhubarb & Coconut Sour

30ml Slingsby Rhubarb Gin
15ml Koko Kanu
20ml Lemon juice
15ml Sugar syrup
Egg White

Shake & double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with raspberry.

London Calling

40ml Slingsby Gooseberry Gin
15ml Manzanilla Sherry
15ml Lemon Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
2 Dashes of Orange Bitters
Lemon Twist or Coin

Combine all ingredients into a shaker with cubed ice. Shake hard for a short period and double strain into a martini glass.

The Fixer

50ml Slingsby Marmalade Gin
25ml Vanilla Syrup
40ml Pineapple Juice
1 tsp Coconut Cream
Soda top

Add all ingredients to a wine glass with cubed ice and top with soda. Lift ice to mix and serve with a crushed ice cap, orange wedge and mint sprig.

Gin & Hibiscus Soda

37.5ml Slingsby London Dry Gin
15ml Hibiscus Syrup
15ml Lemon
Top 100ml Soda

Build and stir gently in Collins Glass over ice, then top with the soda. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
