Fuzzy’s Super Simple Wheatfree Blueberry Muffins
Makes 21 muffins
Each muffin contains (with protein powder)

Ingredients
2 ripe banana
2 large eggs
2 cups of oats
Teaspoon of Bicarbonate of soda
Teaspoon of Baking powder
1 cup of frozen blueberries
1 cup no fat greek yogurt
2 tablespoons of agave nectar
Optional
1 scoop of natural protein powder
1. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees or gas mark 4
2. Put all ingredients excluding the blueberries into a blender. Blend until all the ingredients are combined.
3. Once combined add the frozen blueberries and blend for approx 20 secs
4. Separate the mixture into silicone muffin cases and place on a baking tray. Bake for approx 20 minutes or until golden
5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool
